SAMPLE MENUS

We understand that the occasion is special to you, and you will have a idea of the style of food you like and the experience you are trying to create.


We will work with you and put a menu together that will make you party unforgettable, you can have as many courses as you would like, we can also give you some suggested menus if you want us to take the lead!

Individual baked camembert studded with garlic & rosemary, onion chutney and toasts

Navarin of Lamb served family style in pots on the tables, green beans, dauphinoise potatoes

Trio of desserts - Lemon tart, pannacotta, with raspberry sauce, chocolate brownie

Ham Hock terrine with pea shoot salad, piccalilli & melba toast

Roast supreme of chicken with sage & caramelized onion stuffing, roast potatoes & thyme gravy

Roast sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast Potatoes & red wine gravy
