About Specialist Event Catering

Specialist Event Catering is owned and operated by me, Ian. I have been working in the catering Industry for over 35 years and still have the same passion now as I did at 18 when I left catering college.

My team are classically trained and our chefs produce food that is not only full of flavor but creative as well. We can cater from a private dinner for 6 to a banquet for 500, we have the facilities to operate from a venue that is established to setting up a full portable kitchen.

All of my team are passionate and focused on giving you a fantastic dining experience along with a 5-star hygiene rating, you are in safe hands.
